Who we are
Gasline Network LLC, a business in Delaware, United States, operates Gasline Network. This policy covers information handled through gaslinenetwork.com. Contact admin@gaslinenetwork.com with privacy questions or requests. Separate websites and services linked from Gasline have their own policies.
Accounts and sign-in
We collect the email address, password and display name you provide when creating or accessing an account. Supabase handles authentication, recovery and session information. Profile and role records connect activity to your account and determine access. We use this information to provide your account, secure the service and respond to account requests.
Applications and alerts
Creator applications collect your name, email, optional phone, city, creator category, platform, portfolio or social link, optional ideas and goals, and confirmations. Team applications collect your name, email, chosen role, proposed contribution, availability and commitment confirmation. Vendor applications collect business and contact names, email, city, product details, price, discount code, checkout platform, product link, product story and confirmations. We use these details to assess applications, contact applicants and arrange participation. Alert requests collect your selected email address or phone number, consent wording and version, and consent time. We use these details for the announcements you request and to record opt-outs.
Viewing and community activity
Live comments include your account ID, display name, message, moderation status and time. Published comments and display names are visible to others. Votes, saved featured products and giveaway interest record your account, action, selection and time. Signed-in playback can record the video, playback position, completion and viewing times to support viewing history and resume playback. My List saves show IDs in your browser. Do not include private or sensitive information in public comments.
Providers and recipients
Authorized administrators access information needed to operate the network, review applications, provide support and moderate activity. We use Sites/Cloudflare for hosting, Supabase for accounts and application records, Mux for video playback and Kick for embedded broadcasts. When configured, Umami Cloud processes the website analytics described below. Configured email and text providers deliver application notifications and requested alerts. Opening a player or following a shop link connects you to the relevant provider or storefront, which may receive technical information such as your IP address and browser details. Provider handling is subject to its own policies. Providers may process information outside your state or country.
Operational information and measurement
We keep operational records of moderation, publishing and broadcast actions. Admin calendars store event details and the creating account; an optional Calendly import adds scheduled-event information. Site features can record event names and related properties, including product-link activity, to operate and understand the service. Hosting and service providers may maintain technical and security logs.
Umami website analytics
When enabled, Umami Cloud helps us understand visits and improve the site. We send pageviews, page paths and titles, the site domain, referring pages and the event names listed below. Our integration removes query strings and URL fragments from page and referrer addresses. Umami also receives technical request information, including the IP address and browser user agent, to derive approximate location, browser, operating system and anonymous visit statistics. Umami states that IP addresses are not stored in its analytics data. We do not send account identifiers, email addresses, application answers, comment text or other form contents to Umami, and we do not use its identify feature, session replay or advertising trackers.
Analytics events and browser storage
We record join_click and signin_click for joining and signing in; open_player_click and open_on_kick_click for opening playback; save_to_list_click for saving a show; and shop_product_click for opening a product link. Despite its name, creator_apply_click is recorded only after a creator application is confirmed saved. partner_form_submit is recorded only after a partner form is confirmed saved. Umami uses no analytics cookies, and this integration does not store a persistent analytics identifier in your browser. The analytics script is configured to honor the browser’s Do Not Track setting. How long information remains
Account and application records do not currently expire automatically after a fixed period. They can remain stored until removed through an administrative process. Retention decisions take account of the service or application purpose, an ongoing relationship, security needs, opt-out records and applicable legal obligations. Unsubscribing stops the relevant messages; it does not itself delete your account or all subscription records. You can request deletion using the contact below. Information needed for a legal obligation, dispute or valid security purpose may need to be retained. Copies in backups and provider logs may follow separate provider retention cycles. We do not promise immediate deletion from every backup.
Your choices and privacy requests
You can choose whether to create an account, submit an application, request alerts or open the Live Room player. Use the unsubscribe link in a Live announcement email, or reply STOP to promotional texts, to opt out of that channel. To request access, correction, a copy or deletion of your information, email admin@gaslinenetwork.com with the subject Privacy request. Include the account email or application contact and a description of your request; do not send your password. We may request information reasonably needed to verify your identity or an authorized representative. Available rights and exceptions depend on applicable law. We will handle requests within applicable legal time limits and explain any refusal. You can ask us to reconsider by replying with the subject Privacy appeal, and may contact your relevant privacy regulator.
Children and sensitive information
Do not submit information about a child or sensitive personal records through general application forms or public comments. A parent or guardian who believes a child has supplied personal information can contact admin@gaslinenetwork.com so we can investigate and address it as required by law. Application forms are not a place to submit identification documents, financial account details or medical records.
Security and policy updates
Accounts and administrative features use access controls. No online service can guarantee absolute security; keep your credentials private and report suspected misuse to admin@gaslinenetwork.com. We may update this policy as the service changes and will revise the date shown here. Where applicable law requires additional notice or consent for a change, we will provide it.
