Payment and booking rules

Request first. An inquiry is free. We review your materials, project fit and deadline before accepting the job. Sending this form does not reserve a date or start work.
Approve a written quote. Your quote confirms deliverables, add-ons, revisions, delivery timing, usage rights, any applicable tax and the full amount. Cancellation, rescheduling and refund terms must be provided before you pay.
Digital promos and editing: full payment upfront. Animated Flyer, Quick Video Edit, Product Motion Clip and Short Promo are paid in full after acceptance and before production, including agreed add-ons.
Recording: 50% to reserve, 50% before the session. Mini Content Session and Creator Spotlight dates are confirmed after we agree on availability and receive the first payment. Recording starts only after the remaining balance is paid.
Custom work: agreed milestones. Larger productions use the payment amounts and due dates stated in the accepted quote. No additional work or charges without your written approval.
Timing starts when the job is ready. Digital turnaround begins after payment, usable materials and concept approval. Recording turnaround begins after the session and any remaining materials arrive. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. If materials or feedback are delayed, we confirm a revised delivery date.
Changes and cancellations: contact us first. Email us as soon as you need to cancel or move a session. The terms supplied with your accepted quote apply; a booking payment is not automatically labeled nonrefundable. Changes are confirmed in writing.
Pay through the agreed invoice or secure link. This website does not collect service payments. Never put card details in the inquiry or email. We confirm receipt through the payment provider before marking an invoice paid. Payments are for the agreed project, not a recurring subscription.

Free accounts, creator applications and the vendor interest list have no production fee. Paid Live Drop bookings remain paused.

Before you book

Pilot services are subject to availability and material review. We confirm the scope, delivery date, included revision, usage rights, cancellation terms and full price before payment. An inquiry is not a confirmed booking. Recording location and availability are agreed first; travel is quoted separately.

A small revision means a consolidated text, timing or supplied-image adjustment. A new concept, regenerated scene, reshoot, extensive audio repair or extra video needs a separate quote approved by you first. Corrections to our own errors are free.

Digital promos may include AI-assisted visuals and editing. You approve the concept and final video. Supply materials you have permission to use; we review product accuracy and likeness permissions before accepting a project. Suitable music is included where listed; paid music licenses are quoted separately.

Paid production does not guarantee views, sales, followers or a place in a Gasline show. Files are delivered for your own channels. Public viewing and creator applications stay free; venue access and memberships are not included.

Live Drops are not booking yet

Paid Live Drop placements are paused while we prepare the format. Vendors can join the free vendor interest list. No payment, broadcast date or placement is promised.
