Operator and scope

Gasline Network LLC, Delaware, United States, operates gaslinenetwork.com. These terms describe use of our programming, accounts, applications and community features. Contact admin@gaslinenetwork.com with service questions. Separate signed agreements and the terms presented for a particular service govern that service where they differ from these general terms. These terms do not remove rights you have under applicable law.

Accounts and acceptable use

Provide accurate information and use only accounts you are authorized to access. Keep your credentials secure and report suspected unauthorized access. Do not impersonate others, harass people, post unlawful material, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the service or misuse personal information. Do not enter a paid or production agreement unless you have the legal authority to do so; where required, a parent, guardian or other authorized representative must participate.

Programming and membership

Shows marked in development are planned concepts, not released episodes. Dates and availability are announced when confirmed and may change. Broadcasts and playback depend on the relevant providers and network availability. Free membership is currently the active plan. Premium plans labeled coming soon cannot be purchased through those buttons. Any future paid offering will present its price and applicable terms before purchase.

Applications and content rights

Creating an account does not submit a creator, team or vendor application. Applying does not guarantee acceptance, employment, publication, payment or audience growth. Submit only information and material you are authorized to share and allow us to review it for the stated application purpose. You retain your rights in submitted material. Production, distribution, compensation and promotional rights require a separate agreement; applying alone does not grant us a general license to publish your portfolio. Do not copy or redistribute network programming without permission or another lawful basis.

Public participation and moderation

Comments you submit for public display may be shown with your display name and moderated or removed. Do not share private information, threats, harassment or material that violates another person’s rights. We may restrict access when needed to address misuse, security or legal obligations. Report content or request reconsideration of a restriction at admin@gaslinenetwork.com. An expression of giveaway interest does not enter an active giveaway; any actual promotion requires its own rules.

Purchases and outside services

Shop links may lead to separate storefronts. Check the seller’s identity, price, shipping, returns and cancellation terms before buying. Kick subscriptions and other provider services are handled by those providers. Paid vendor placements and production services require their own confirmed offer and terms. Contact the seller or provider for its purchase support; contact Gasline for services purchased directly from Gasline.

Copyright and DMCA

To report material you believe infringes your copyright, send a written notice to the designated agent listed below. Include all six items:

1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act for the owner of the exclusive right allegedly infringed.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work, or a representative list if a single notice covers multiple works at one online site.
3. Identification of the allegedly infringing material to be removed or disabled, with enough information, such as specific URLs, for us to locate it.
4. Enough information to contact you, including your mailing address, telephone number and, if available, email address.
5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
6. A statement that the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act for the owner of the exclusive right allegedly infringed.

For a notice that substantially meets these requirements, we will act expeditiously to remove or disable access to the identified material and take reasonable steps to promptly notify the person who posted it. If a notice identifies the work, disputed material and sender but needs other required information, we will seek the missing information. Our designated agent receives and reviews notices and coordinates contact with users, removal or restoration of material, and case records.

Counter-notifications

If you believe your material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, send the designated agent a written counter-notification containing:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the removed or disabled material and where it appeared before removal or disabling.
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled because of a mistake or misidentification.
4. Your name, mailing address and telephone number; a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the district where your address is located (or, if outside the United States, any district where Gasline Network LLC may be found); and a statement that you will accept service of process from the original notice sender or that person’s agent.

We will promptly forward a qualifying counter-notification, including its contact information, to the original notice sender and tell them that we will restore access in 10 business days. We will restore the material between 10 and 14 business days after receiving the counter-notification unless the designated agent first receives notice that the original sender has filed a court action seeking to restrain the alleged infringement. Knowingly making a material misrepresentation in a notice or counter-notification may create liability under applicable law.

Repeat infringement

Accounts may be terminated for repeated copyright infringement in appropriate circumstances.

Ending use and resolving questions

You may stop using the site at any time and request account closure at admin@gaslinenetwork.com. Closing an account does not by itself cancel a purchase or subscription with a separate provider. The Privacy Policy explains information retention and deletion requests. Contact us with a description of any service dispute so we can review it. Nothing here requires mandatory arbitration or waives protections that applicable law gives you.

Changes and availability

We may change features, programming and these terms as the network develops. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or the availability of a particular program. Updates will carry a revised date, with additional notice where required by law. A separately agreed paid service remains subject to its own obligations and any applicable consumer rights.
